Our clinic has grown by leaps and bounds these past few years. To ensure you receive the same high-quality care, no matter the time of day, we expanded patient services to include after-hours telephone nurse triage services.
What's Changing?
To ensure the quality of life for our patients and our clinical staff, after hours clinical staff will handle your care needs after working hours and on weekends or on any closures and holidays. Your physician will be updated during working hours by the after-hours clinical staff.
What Does This Mean for Me?
Now when you call after hours (Monday - Thursday 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM and on Friday starting at 12 PM until Monday at 8:00 AM), on weekends, holidays, and during any office closures, you will receive the same quality care - just a little differently. Instead of speaking with your physician during these times, you'll speak with a qualified nurse who will quicky and efficiently handle the care process over the phone, but don't worry, our after-hours clinical staff works closely with your physician to update them with your information during office hours.
How does it work?
Simply call our facility office number at 386-202-6025 to receive care after hours. Between 5:00pm and 8:00am Monday through Thursday and 12:00pm Friday through 8:00am on Monday, holidays or other closures and your call will automatically be rerouted. A registered nurse will assess your symptoms and determine the best care option for you over the phone.
